Called Mast when our overhead garage door opener failed. Jen was attentive and asked valid questions to start assessing our problem. Tony arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and gave us a choice of solutions. Then he immediately went to work and soon had our garage door working with a long-term solution. Mast Overhead Doors was excellent to work with. Customer Service call (April) was very courteous & professional. Service was made the same day by Tony. Tony was polite, provided great customer service, and repaired our garage door opener that is over 14 years old. I would highly recommend Mast Overhead Doors for any repair. I was having a problem with my garage door and didn’t know who to call. My son in law suggested Mast Overhead Doors. Tony came quickly and knew right away how to fix the problem. Kolton arrived at the scheduled time, which was early morning, to replace our garage door. Was an extremely windy day, didn't seem to slow him down, he did an awesome job! Justin adjusted our large shop door, will be much easier to open now. He also adjusted the garage door opener, works like a new again. They both did fantastic work, will definitely recommend Mast Overhead Doors. Very professional staff! Thank you for honoring a day I have off of work, so I could be home. I can't say enough good things about Mast Overhead Doors. Our garage doors are custom made and absolutely beautiful. They worked closely with our builder to ensure that everything was coordinated and completed in a timely manner. And the installers, Matthew and Trent, were experienced professionals and had the doors up and working perfectly in no time. We'll probably put up another building in a few years, and Mast will definitely be where we go for the doors.
