Design Customization
Choose from six Ultra-Grain Plank wood-look finishes on an insulated flush panel steel door with an embossed stucco surface texture. Short, long and contemporary slim windows can be stacked vertically down one side, both sides, and placed in some or all sections. The window frames are painted a solid color to complement the Ultra-Grain finish or come in contrasting Silver and Black accent colors.
Insulation
Features 2" Intellicore® polyurethane foam insulation with an 18.4 R-value.
Door Reinforcement
WindCode® door reinforcement product available for high wind load applications.
Environmental Assurance
Clopay doors are compliant with environmental laws and regulations. Clopay doors do not contain HFCs. All Clopay doors are compliant with:
- California SB 1013
- Washington HB 1112 – Hydrofluorocarbon Greenhouse Gas Emissions
- Canadian regulations amending the ozone-depleting substances and halocarbon alternatives regulations
- New Jersey A-5583/S-3919 – Greenhouse Gas Bill
- 2" thick polystyrene doors and all Intellicore® insulation doors comply with 2015 IECC air infiltration requirement of 0.40 cfm/ft2 or less (IECC, Section C402.5.2).

- Replaceable vinyl bottom weatherseal in a corrosion-resistant aluminum retainer helps seal out the elements.
- Two-inch thick polystyrene and all Intellicore® insulated doors come standard with 10-ball nylon rollers and heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges.
- Patented Safe-T-Bracket® prevents serious injury that could occur if the bottom bracket is removed with the garage door closed and under tension.
- Durable, color-matched exterior step plate/lift handles allow for safe and convenient opening and closing.
- Window grilles are removable for easy cleaning.
